Welcome to Sarayah Food, an Indian restaurant offering online services for ordering food, making table reservations, and applying for job opportunities.

By using our website, placing an order, making a reservation, or submitting a job application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website (the “Site”) or utilizing any of our services,  you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or policies posted on the Site.     If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit job applications through the Site. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Food Orders

3.1   Order Placement
–  Orders can be placed online through our website. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Sarayah Food.  

        –  It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

3.2   Order Changes and Cancellations
– Orders can only be modified or canceled before the order is processed. Once the food preparation has begun, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted.

– Sarayah Food reserves the right to cancel an order due to unavailability of ingredients, technical issues, or any other reason. You will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.

3.3   Pricing and Payment
– All prices are listed in [MAD] and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

– Payment must be made at the time of placing an order through our secure online payment gateway. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment services. Or at delivery of food at your place indicated to our delivery agents.

3.4 Delivery
– Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.). Sarayah Food is not liable for delays.

– In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the order will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued. If payment is made to be as COD (Cash on delivery) and customer doesn’t show up for completing the delivery and acquiring the payment, then Sarayah Food shall have the full right to file for a legal action to collect the order value. 

3.5 Refunds and Returns
Refunds will only be issued in cases of incorrect or defective orders. Any issues must be reported within [1] hour of delivery. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.  

4. Table Reservations

4.1 Reservation Process
– Customers may reserve tables via our website. Reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Sarayah Food.

– You are responsible for providing accurate reservation details (date, time, number of guests, etc.).

4.2 Reservation Changes and Cancellations
– Reservations can be modified or canceled up to [3] hours before the reserved time by contacting the restaurant or using the website.

– Sarayah Food reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as maintenance, private events, or emergency closures). Customers will be notified as early as possible.

4.3 No-Show Policy

• If you fail to show up within [X] minutes of your reservation time without notice, Sarayah Food reserves the right to release your table for other guests. Frequent no-shows may result in restrictions on future reservations.

5. Job Applications

5.1   Application Submission
– Sarayah Food offers job opportunities through our website. By submitting your job application, you certify that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

– You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Sarayah Food reserves the right to reject or terminate applications or employment based on false submissions.

5.2 Privacy of Applications

– Any personal information you provide in your job application will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

– We take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of all applicants, but Sarayah Food is not responsible for any unauthorized access or loss of personal data submitted during the application process.

5.3   No Employment Guarantee
Submitting a job application does not guarantee employment. All applications are subject to review, and Sarayah Food reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant for any reason, without the obligation to provide feedback.

6. Reviews and User Content

6.1  Submitting Reviews
You may post reviews, comments, and feedback on the Site. By submitting content, you grant Sarayah Food a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use and display your reviews in any media.

 6.2 Review Guidelines

– Reviews must be honest, based on your actual experience with Sarayah Food.

– You agree not to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harmful, or violates any law. We reserve the right to remove or edit reviews that violate these guidelines.

7.1  Intellectual Property

All content on the Sarayah Food website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Sarayah Food. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from Sarayah Food.

8. Force Majeure

Sarayah Food shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. In such cases, Sarayah Food reserves the right to cancel orders, reservations, or other services without liability.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarayah Food shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site, ordering services, table reservations, job applications, or any products purchased.

9.2 Product Disclaimer
All food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and seafood. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. If you have any allergies, please inform us when placing your order or reservation.

11. Modification of Terms
